On Sunday 09 Feb 2025; Tarun, Greg, and Oli (a guest leader) took 30 people from the Brotherhood and Sisterhood Legion of Leicester, a mental health organisation seeking to build a community of characters across Leicester, inspiring commitment to healthy lifestyles and community spirit to add value in every area of their lives.
We were inspired by the resilience and mental fortitude of the Legion hiking in the harsh wintery conditions of Picws Du in the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park. There was a lot of learning about some basic navigational skills, lots about flora and fauna of the hills (especially moss), and more. It was great to have you with us and we look forward to the next team outdoor adventure.
